Boo-tiful Halloween activities planned for Brighton Beach

Brighton Beach goblins, ghouls, and ghosts have been issued an invitation to come out and enjoy a day of Halloween festivities, and all ages are welcome.

The Prospect Park Alliance has planned a day of Halloween excitement, and it will include a Haunted Walk and vendor fair. This will be the event’s 38th year, and it will feature lots of free family friendly fun.

It is expected that thousands will come out to participate in the walk, which the organizers note is suitable for those age seven and up. It will offer a spooky experience, as the walkers will encounter witches, werewolves, zombies, and more as they follow the path that winds along the woodlands on Lookout Hill. After this, visitors can browse through the Halloween Fair, which will include a chance to sample a variety of treats supplied by some of the area’s most popular food trucks.

Throughout the afternoon, the free of charge fun will keep right on going at City Point, where there will be a disco costume contest, a pumpkin patch, nail art, live music, and plenty of other spine-tingling activities. This portion of the day will also be family friendly, and is being brought to the community, in part, courtesy of City Point. Poster printing can be used to create Signs and other promotional materials for an event like this.

All of this excitement has been planned for Prospect Park on October 28, and the organizer’s Facebook page contains additional information for anyone who would like to find out more.
