The Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve gives the public a chance to slow down, relax, and listen to their feathered friends, but one event planned for a late April afternoon will feature a different kind of music.
The Todd Simon Trio and the Michael Hoffman Quartet will both be performing for the crowd on hand for an afternoon of jazz. Tickets are $20 each, and the concert will take place outdoors.
Local music lovers will be able to stroll the paths at the venue or just sit back and take in the show. Cart tours will be available, and chairs will be provided as a courtesy as well. As the location is outdoors, everyone is reminded to dress accordingly, and a list of concessions open on the day of the event will be posted soon. The activity will be running for four hours.
A musical event that takes place outdoors may require signage and decor that can withstand the sun, wind, and rain. A banner printing company will be able to provide a variety of options for this, and can aid its customers in choosing the one most appropriate for them.
This afternoon combining jazz music with a tranquil setting will be getting started at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 27. Passes and more information are both available on the City of Henderson website.
