The indigenous people of Hawaii have their own unique culture, and a special Henderson performance will feature music from the islands.
Henderson's Water Street Plaza Amphitheater is set to welcome Kaumakaiwa and Kulāiwi, which will showcase the talents of several performers. Tickets are $15 each, and the audience will be treated to an outdoor performance under the stars.
The program for the evening will incorporate both traditional and modern pieces, and dance is also on the agenda. Kulāiwi has been named Hawaii’s Group of the Year and also Hawaiian Group of the Year, and the National Endowment for the Arts and the Nevada Arts Council have provided financial support for the show. Anyone who would like to purchase refreshments will be able to do so from the onsite vendors.

The Sounds of Hawaii evening of music and dance will be welcoming ticketholders on Sunday, March 30. The runtime for the event is two hours, and it will begin at 7:00 pm.
