Teterboro Landing, a 540,000 sq. ft mixed-use development near Fair Lawn, is set to enter its final stage of construction this fall.
It opened in April, anchored by a Walmart, with Costco planned as the other anchor once it opens in September. According to Todd Schefler, the executive vice president and regional director for developer Catellus of Oakland, California, the combination retail-and-restaurant destination will have close to a dozen restaurants and will cost more than $100m.
The restaurant strip is what will be constructed beginning in in about one or two months’ time, Schefler said. It will include a Wing Stop, a Huddle House, a drive-through Panera Bread restaurant, the third Habit Burger in the state, and a Panda Express. In addition, there will be a BJ’s and a Texas Roadhouse, and two full-service sit-down restaurants with special liquor licenses granted by the state.
Schefler added that a Petco will be built next door to Panera, and construction on it is expected to start in the fall as well. The 156,000 sq. ft warehouse at the site will be used as a distribution center for Lindenmeyr Munroe, a paper company.
The developer can turn to various Print companies to create mailers to send out to the community with more information about the upcoming restaurants and other retail establishments at the new development.Get a Free Quote for Print
