Inaugural gala to raise funds for underserved girls

Hosted by Yes, M.I.S.S. Inc., the first annual Gala Fundraiser will be held next month in Saddle Brook.

This will be an evening of celebration and motivation to support more opportunities for Northern New Jersey’s underserved girls. Residents of nearby Fair Lawn who are interested in supporting such endeavors may want to attend this event.

This fundraiser will celebrate three years of the commitment of the organization to prepare girls for college and careers. The theme of this year’s event, “Take Her Higher,” will enable the organization to provide underprivileged girls with greater opportunities. Such events and their efforts to raise funds can be promoted with flyer printing.

The event will feature a menu of tasty dishes, as well as live performances by local artists. There will also be thought-provoking talks by prominent figures in youth education and development who will share their perspectives and insights on the importance of supporting college and career readiness for girls.

A silent auction will be the highlight of the event. There will be a wide range of experiences and items that have been donated by supporters of the organization. Proceeds from the auction will contribute to providing girls with greater access to higher education and career opportunities.

The “Take Her Higher” Gala Fundraiser will take place at the Sky Restaurant and Lounge at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Friday, October 27 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
