Food distributor leases building in Fair Lawn

A lease has been signed for a majority of the industrial building in Fair Lawn at 19-05 Nevins Road by RD Foods Americas.

The building is 151,700 square feet in size, of which RD Foods Americas will occupy 101,811 square feet. The tenant was represented by Russ Verducci and Eric Demmers of NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial brokerage firm. Announcements such as this one can be made known to the community with the use of banner printing at a property’s location.

Demmers commented about the property and said that this area is one of the most attractive locations for manufacturers given its easy access to New York City, as well as to other means of transportation throughout the county. He expressed his pleasure in working with RD Foods Americas to assist them in finding such a warehouse in a market that is in great demand in the region that will also enable the company to expand its business and bring products to its customers for many years.

This location in Fair Lawn is the third such warehouse in New Jersey for RD Foods Americas and will be used for the distribution of various international, high-quality, fresh food, including fruits, vegetables, and seafood. RD Foods Americas is a part of the RD Group of Companies and has served many types of customers across the country for the past 20 years.
