Clarion Fire and Rescue headquartered in Fair Lawn will be holding its annual FDIC International Conference at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium in August, and hosting other new programs throughout the year.
Senior Vice President of Clarion Fire and Rescue, Eric Schlett, said the organization made the decision to postpone the conference, which was originally scheduled for April, to the summer as it is expected it will be safer for people to come together in person with the rollout of these new vaccines. Flyer printing can be used to create handouts for attendees at events like this, and regarding other programs offered throughout the year.
The first of the new programs will be the FDIC Product Network. The FDIC Product Network will be a hub for innovation and a virtual product showcase. There will be innovative services and products shown and the ability to make meaningful connections through categorized product listings and live demos. More information on the Network can be found online.
The organization will also be introducing the Fire Academy which will enable industry professionals and firefighters to grow their knowledge and learn from leading instructors all year round. The Academy will consist of 50 new courses released throughout the year, as well as over 250 courses which will be available on demand. The Academy will hold its first new course this Thursday, January 14.
