Fair Lawn to hold logo design contest for semi-quincentennial

The town of Fair lawn is celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States next year with a logo contest in addition to many other events planned for this special celebration.

All residents of the town, including people of all ages, are invited to create an original Logo Design, not generated by artificial intelligence, that captures the spirit of the American Revolution and represents the town. The design needs to be unique, eye-catching, and appealing to the general public. Patriotic themes, icons of the Revolutionary War, and landmarks in Fair Lawn may be incorporated into the logo.

The logo may be of any shape or size and up to three entries per artist are acceptable. Submissions need to include: a high-resolution photo or digital file of the logo, one’s name and contact information, any social media handles or websites, and a signed waiver by the winner that the logo can be used throughout the town.

Mayor Cristina Cutrone, the Revolutionary Fair Lawn Committee, and the Borough Council will select the winner. The logo that wins this contest will be featured throughout next year on official communications, promotional materials, Fair Lawn social media, and Signs for events.

This contest is supported by Beregon250, RevNJ, org, Revolution NJ, and Morris County of New Jersey.
