A popular festival is returning to Edison with food, fun, and live entertainment.
The Edison Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 2025 Food, Wine, and Beer Festival, an annal event. The festival, which will be held regardless of the weather, promises to be a great evening out for the whole family, though there are age restrictions on adult beverages.
Food trucks confirmed thus far are Snowie of North Jersey, Mozzarepas, Jamaican Gourmet, Gustosa Food and Desserts, Carinderia, The Cake Nugget, and Cousins Maine Lobster.
Other vendors that have confirmed are The Studio Ligaya, Strands by J, Shala Yoga, Rabbit and Frog Candle Company, LBRI Pure & Natural, King Art Worldwide, Kept in Stitches, Katha Threadery, Elle Elle Craft Collection, Dave and Busters, Creations by Freitas, Carols Country Crafts, Brews and Chews, and BKA Laser Design.
Craft beers and brewers are still to be announced, but white wines, red wines, and sangria wines will be available.
Three slots are available for live performances; two bands now confirmed are Crossfire, a Blues/rock band; and a Beatles tribute band, The Wag.
The festival is scheduled for August 16, from 4.00 pm until 10.00 pm, and admission is only $5.00. Children under ten are admitted free. Crossfire performs from 6.00 pm until 8.00 pm, and The Wag takes over from 8.00 pm until 10.00 pm. Events like this can be enhanced if organizers use flyer printing to create handouts for attendees, listing vendors and performers.
