Delicious event planned in Edison

Foodies will want to mark their Calendars for an upcoming event in Edison.

This is the 10th year for the Great Food Expo, where enthusiasts will discover the best in everything to do with food and cooking. Demonstrations will take place on the Cooking Stage, pop up shops will produce edible treats, vendors will have everything from flavored salts to sustainable foods.

There will be an amazing selection of opportunities to enjoy treats and learn more about food. There will be a booth where people can learn to make boba tea, and workshops in bartending will teach participants to make perfect cocktails. Showcases will highlight the best Emerging Artisan Brands.

A highlight of the show will be the appearance of celebrity guests. This year, Tamron Hall, Lish Steiling, Caroline Manzo, and Duff Goldman are among those scheduled to appear.

Tamron Hall will be signing her book, “A Confident Cook: Recipes for Joyous, No-Pressure Fun in the Kitchen.” Lish Steiling is a “Chopped” champion as well as a producer with two Emmy wins.

Bravo TV personality Caroline Manzo will sign her book, which feature over 100 Italian American recipes, and Duff Goldman, star of the Food Network shows “Ace of Cakes” and “Kids Baking Championship” will share his stories.

The New Jersey Food Expo is scheduled for November 8 and 9 at the New Jersey Expo Center. Massive events like this can benefit if organizers use flyer printing to create a list of vendors.
