East Brunswick to host cooking class

East Brunswick, New Jersey food enthusiasts will get a chance to explore the art of empanada making at an upcoming cooking class.

Hosted by Maricel’s Kitchen, the session invites participants to prepare these popular pastries from scratch.

The duration of the class will be two and a half hours. Attendees will learn how to work with two types of dough and experiment with a variety of savoury and sweet fillings. The menu includes both meat and vegetarian options.

Chef Carla will guide participants through the preparation process. This will make the class suitable for beginners as well as those with previous cooking experience. The interactive format allows everyone to practice new techniques before sitting down to sample their creations.

Participants will also have food to take home, making the experience an opportunity to develop practical cooking skills beyond the classroom. Soft drinks are included, and guests may bring their own beverages. Those with specific dietary requirements are encouraged to contact the organizers in advance.

For community cooking events like this, organizers may rely on flyer printing to promote upcoming classes and share essential details with prospective attendees. Well-designed Flyers can help communicate schedules, locations, and registration information while attracting people interested in learning new skills.

The class will take place at Maricel’s Kitchen in East Brunswick on Wednesday, November 11, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Those interested in attending can visit the Eventbrite page for registration information and further details.
