A variety show is in the works in neighboring Conway for next month, bringing New England’s top storytellers, performers, artists, and comedians together for a memorable experience.
The Season Premiere of the Cold River Radio Show will soon begin welcoming North Conway guests and interested parties for an immersive experience into New England’s best arts and works. The show will welcome John Gorka as its headliner, one of the leading singer-songwriters of the New Folk Movement, known for his evocative melodies and original lyrics.
Gorka will be joined by local band Rocking Horse Music Club, which will perform songs from the group’s latest album based on an unfinished novella by Jack Kerouac. Poster and flyer printing are two of the best ways to use Print products to raise awareness of such events and help sponsors build brand visibility.
Other special guests who visitors will see include Tony Banks of Genesis, Kate St. John of Dream Academy, and Dusty Gray, a songwriter. Between the music, historian Dr. Peter Crane will share true tales of Mount Washington from the Rock Pile. Beverages will be available to attendees at the host venue.
The variety show will be held on Sunday, May 18, at the Majestic Theater in nearby Conway. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and tickets are available online for $40 per person.
