Cross-country skiing adventure helps North Conway explore

The slopes of the White Mountains will begin welcoming snowshoers and cross-country skiers next month, as a two-day event will open access to hundreds of kilometers of trails.

The Chasing Gold Weekend Pass event is coming to North Conway and allowing participants to hit the trails, with over 400 kilometers of the White Mountains being accessible to those with a pass. The event is being held to celebrate the spirit of winter competition, allowing area residents to enjoy the outdoors and stay active.

Six Nordic areas will be opened for the event, all in the area surrounding North Conway. The areas include the Bretton Woods Nordic Area and the Jackson Ski Touring Foundation, both of which have impressive histories and beautiful terrain for participants to enjoy. Banner printing is a weatherproof marketing tool that local businesses can use to generate impressions on participants, building familiarity and increasing the likelihood of conversion.

Participants will be able to craft their own customized ski tour by exploring each of the six participating areas. All guests must be 18 or older to purchase a pass, with each person being entered into a raffle to win prizes.

The skiing event will be held in North Conway and the surrounding area, and will begin on Saturday, February 7, at 9:00 AM. Passes are limited in quantity and cost $26 per person online.
