Soap-making session teaches new skills in North Conway

The rejuvenating power of spring is right around the corner in North Conway, and area residents who wish to exercise their creative skills can make soaps that capture the season.

The Spring Soap-Making Workshop at the North Conway Community Center is opening registration online to area residents who want to learn the steps for making healthy soaps from home. The hands-on workshop will provide a welcoming setting where visitors can get creative and choose seasonal scents that conjure imagery of soft spring rains and fresh lilacs.

Children are welcome to attend with their parents or guardians to help create something that is both beautiful and useful. Participants will make one or two custom bars of soap using goat’s milk. Spring colors and scents will be available to choose from. Promoting events like this in the community is affordable and efficient when using flyer and poster printing and placing the printed documents in visible places.

The session is expected to last for two hours, and registered guests will receive expert guidance throughout the process. No experience is needed, and all materials and tools will be provided by the organizers.

The soap-making workshop will be held at the North Conway Community Center on Norcross Circle on Thursday, March 26 at 6:00 PM. Interested parties can make reservations online for $39 per person.
