Candle-making class helps North Conway get creative

North Conway residents who are looking for a creative outlet to help pass the time until warmer temperatures arrive are in luck, as a candle-making workshop will be held in town.

The Spring Candle-Making Workshop at the North Conway Community Center has announced an official date for interested participants and community members to join a creative learning event. The class, designed to help guests enter the season of renewal, will provide a warm, welcoming environment where they can learn a new skill with confidence.

Participants will learn from an instructor, and the class will be a hands-on experience. It’s an ideal event for friends, families, or couples to sign up for to change up the routine and exercise the creative side of their minds. Grassroots marketing plans can use flyer and poster printing around the community to spread the word of such events, improving attendance.

The class’s theme will be Spring, and students can choose from several light scents to use for their candles. Fresh botanicals will also be available for spring-themed decorations. Participants can take their handmade candles with them at the end of the workshop to keep or give as gifts.

The North Conway Community Center will be hosting the workshop on Wednesday, March 25th, at 6:00 PM. Interested parties have several ticket options to choose from. Tickets can be purchased online starting at $32.78.
