North Conway to welcome LGBTQ hiking group
The area’s LGBTQ community has been issued an invitation to lace up their hiking shoes or boots and take part in an activity in North Conway.
This springtime meet up will have room for a maximum of six people, and the attendees will gather at the corner of Norcross Circle and 302/16 before setting out. It is described as being suitable for hikers of all ability and experience levels, and lunch is on the agenda for the day.
The organizers of the function explained that once everyone who has registered has arrived, the group will head out. The participants can choose where they would like to go for lunch, and the planners asked anyone who has a favorite eatery they would like to share with the others to suggest it. Following the meal, the hikers will have time to visit some of the local shops, giving them a chance to show some love to the community’s small businesses.
Keeping an event like this organized may not always be easy, but stationery printers will be able to help. They can provide planning and registration sheets and even water bottles and other items branded with a group’s unique logo design.
This visit to the village of North Conway will be held on May 13. The meeting point is located directly across from Zebs General Store, and registration can be completed by visiting the Gay Outdoors website.
