Conway Pines II contains 30 apartments, and it is expected that the work, including the landscaping, will be finished by mid-July, with a grand opening celebration to be held sometime in September.

It provides elevator service for those who find climbing stairs difficult, and the units come in both one and two bedroom styles. Rents have been set at anywhere between $750 and $890 per month, which includes both hot water and heat.
