North Conway Library planning another huge book sale
North Conway’s book lovers will soon have reason to rejoice. Their local library has planned a huge book sale fundraiser, and it can be a great chance for the public to fill their shelves with some new summer reading material.
According to the planners of this annual event, thousands of titles will be up for grabs, and there will also be DVDs and CDs included as well. Approximately 10% will be discards from the library while the rest will have been donated from private collections.
To help make the sale an even bigger success than in previous years, the organizers are accepting donations of books that are in sellable condition. These can be dropped off up until June 30 and then again after July 20. This will give staff and volunteers time to organize the donations and prepare them for sale to the public.
This type of occasion can raise a lot of money for a not-for-profit organization, while at the same time, giving members of the public a chance to fill their bookshelves without breaking the bank. Publications from a poster printing company can be posted throughout the community to let residents know when and where it will be held and also encourage them to make a donation of books or other items.
