North Conway area event to celebrate natural world
North Conway nature lovers will soon have lots to talk about, thanks to an upcoming event planned for the Tin Mountain Conservation Center.
The venue will be wrapping up July with its Wild About Nature Festival. This six hours of interactive fun will give those of all ages a sneak peek into the natural world. When they walk away, the hope is that they will have a deeper appreciation for the other organisms that share their world.
The day will open with a guided walk to a beaver pond, and this will be followed by a singalong with Dexter. The next portion of the day will be dedicated to owls and other birds of prey, and everyone will be able to meet these flying hunters in person. Trees will be the focus of the next activity, and there will also be an introduction to all the venue has on offer. Botanical prints will be on display, and trivia and an evening concert will wrap up the day.
Tickets to be part of this nature-based celebration start at $15 each. A poster printing company can prepare posters and other items to offer as souvenirs of an experience, and they may also be sold as fundraising items
This introduction to the wildlife of North Conway home will be held on Saturday, July 29. The festivities will be getting started at 10:00 am.
