New North Conway resort condo community up and running
A resort community in North Conway recently announced that it will be offering its slope side condos for pre-sale.
Cranmore Mountain Resort’s Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore has received all the necessary approvals and permits. This means that construction can now go ahead as planned, and those who are interested in purchasing one of the units will be able to do so.
The plan is for the project to be built in a series of two phases, with the first being a building with 18 residences, with the second having 19. They will be located right at the base of the ski hill so that residents will have easy access to the Cranmore’s South Slope in winter and all the other activities the area has to offer during the rest of the year.
The units available will have two or three bedrooms and cover a floor space of between 1,300 to 1,800 square feet. A poster printing company can produce wide format copies of artists’ concept drawing for what the completed condos will look like, which can help potential customers make their decision to buy one for themselves.
So far, nearly one third of the condos in phase one of the proposed developments have already been spoken for, but many are still available. A deposit is required to secure the purchase, and it is hoped that the first building will be completed by January of 2017.
