Two separate performances are taking place in Omaha this January, and both are set to feature the music of the 1960s.
The first performance happening this month will be ‘A Night at Woodstock’ and will feature the Omaha Symphony. Various well-known hits from artists who appeared at Woodstock in 1969 will be performed, including ‘All Along the Watchtower’ by Jimi Hendrix, ‘Pinball Wizard’ by The Who, and ‘Piece of my Heart’, which was made famous by Janis Joplin.
The next week, Beatles Ball II will feature music performed by the tribute band Come Together. It is alternatively titled ‘Come Together: a Musical Celebration of the Beatles’. The quartet will play some of the original band's greatest hits. In addition, there will be an open bar and pizza will be provided by Sgt. Peffer's.
Omaha Print companies usually help to provide advertising materials like Posters and Flyers for events like these. They can then be distributed throughout the city.
