On Valentine's Day, love will be in the air in Omaha, and a local venue will be offering couples an opportunity to enjoy an evening of romance.
Lauritzen Gardens' visitor and education center will be transformed into a romantic eatery for its Valentine’s Day Dinner. The diners will have several options to choose from, and tickets for the occasion are $78.00 each, with the registration system set to open in early 2024.
The menu for the event opens with salad for the first course, and this will be followed by the diner's choice of a main course. They can choose from chateaubriand, roast tenderloin beef, salmon, Cornish game hen, or butternut squash ravioli, and the dessert will consist of a variety of miniature pastries. Coffee and tea will be served as well, and each guest will receive a complimentary glass of wine to accompany their meal.
Many venues build special events around a holiday, and this may include themed decor. This can be supplied by area banner printing companies. They work with their clients one on one, offering them individualized products, advice, and other support.
This evening of romance for Omaha couples will take place on Wednesday, February 14. Seating times run from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, and reservations for the event can be made through the Gardens’ website starting on January 3.
