Omaha preps professionals for career advancement

The AIM Emerging Leadership Academy’s Spring Session will offer an intensive eight-week program in Omaha this May.

The event is designed to help professionals develop essential leadership skills. It will guide individuals considering a leadership or management trajectory, equipping them with practical knowledge to excel in their professions.

The program will integrate insights from experienced professionals, offering real-world perspectives on the challenges and responsibilities of leadership roles. Participants will engage in interactive sessions that focus on career planning, communication, change management, team dynamics, and strategic influence. The curriculum will culminate in a graduation event featuring a panel discussion with advanced leaders.

AIM membership is a prerequisite for enrollment. Organizations that are not affiliated with AIM must complete a membership contract before the program begins. To ensure personalized engagement, class size is restricted to 25 attendees.

The orientation and kickoff mixer will be held on May 15, followed by a structured curriculum covering leadership development through July 10th.

The program fee for AIM members is $4,000 plus a $149.79 fee. This session will be hosted at AIM Institute, located at 1905 Harney St, Omaha, Nebraska. Refunds are available up to one day before the event.
