The 128-room Cambria Hotel opened in January in downtown Omaha.
A franchise of Choice Hotels International, it is the first to open in the state of Nebraska, but the brand already has a presence in many large Midwestern cities.
The new hotel is located near the Union Pacific Railroad, Fortune 500 companies, Henry Doorly Zoo, the historic Old Market, and the Omaha International Airport. It has large spa size bathrooms with Bluetooth mirrors in each room. The rooms have contemporary furniture, modern lighting, and large beds. It has several rooms for meetings and a fitness center for guests.
The Cambria Hotel has a bistro and bar that serves breakfast, dinner, craft beers, cocktails, and appetizers, as well as a heated indoor pool and business center with copy machines, fax, and printing services.
O’Reilly Hospitality Management collaborated on the hotel in Omaha. Tim O’Reilly, the CEO of the company, said in a press release that the hotel is a welcome addition to the city because it will meet the demands of business and leisure travelers alike. Meanwhile, Janis Cannon, senior vice president of Cambria Hotel said that the facility delivers an upscale experience to Omaha visitors.
The hotel has a free airport shuttle for businesses travelers, and is located at 740 North 14th Street. More information can be found on Cambria’s website.
