As another year draws to a close, Omaha beer lovers will be heading to a local taproom for an afternoon planned with them in mind.
The attendees at the 15th annual Holiday Beerfest, which is being organized by Crescent Moon, will be a treat for beer aficionados. This year marks its 15th anniversary, and it will offer a respite from the rush of the holiday season.
The guests at the festival will be able to sample a wide selection of craft beers, stouts, ales and other offerings, and it will provide an opportunity for them to test drive a variety of local libations. Many of the brewery representatives will be on site serving up samples, and an ugly sweater contest is also in the works. Each attendee will be invited to enjoy up to four hours of tastings, and entertainment is on the agenda too.
