The Omaha under the Radar Festival is taking place at various venues in Omaha for four days this July.
The show is mainly dedicated to experimental performance and will feature performers from all over the country, with 11 separate events involving 39 artists.
The first event of the festival is set to feature performances from Soundry camp attendees, a talk from its director, and music from Giacomo Fiore. The opening reception will be held at the Joslyn Art Museum, is free to attend, and will feature musical entertainment.
Some of this year's confirmed performers include the SPK Trio, Kates, Dereck Higgins, and Bassoons across Nebraska. Performances will include flute, harp, hurdy-gurdy, dance, musical theater, and cello.
There will also be an open forum about music to be held at the W. Dale Clark Library.
