Conference highlights workplace communication and culture

Professionals focused on internal communications, human resources, and employee engagement will gather in Omaha this fall for BrightSide 2026.

BrightSide 2026 is a conference dedicated to strengthening workplace culture and organizational communication. The event is designed to provide practical strategies, professional networking opportunities, and discussions led by industry leaders for organizations seeking to improve employee experiences.

Attendees will begin the day with registration, breakfast, and networking before participating in educational sessions throughout the day. The schedule also includes brunch, an afternoon experience, closing remarks, and a networking happy hour. Workshop customers will also have access to an exclusive half-day program on September 22nd.

Several registration options are available. General Admission is $799 and includes the pre-conference event, post-conference happy hour, brunch, access to keynote presentations and breakout sessions, a featured interactive experience, and a conference gift bag. Group General Admission for organizations registering two or more attendees is $749 per person with the same benefits. Workshop Customer Admission is $699 and includes access to the customer-only program on September 22. Group Workshop Customer Admission is $649 per attendee for eligible organizations and includes the customer-exclusive session, conference activities, lunch, networking events, and conference materials.
