The 41st Omaha Summer Arts Festival will be taking place for three days this June.
The juried event is set to feature approximately 135 visual artists. There will also be a Young Arts Exhibition and an Art Collectors in Training tent, which offers art for sale to kids for low prices. Various artists will be hosting demonstrations, and there are expected to be six separate showcases which, including blacksmith shop.
Music will be performed on three stages, and some of the acts confirmed to appear are Chubby Carrier, Brule, and the Dust Jackets. Other performers are set to include the Zuzu African Acrobats. Of course, there will be lots of food and drink to enjoy from concessions and food trucks. For younger visitors, the Children's Fair will feature hands-on art activities.
Many of the participating artists may decide to invest in postcard printing services from Omaha Print companies. Postcards are a good way to showcase art while providing contact information, and can be placed in a bag with purchases, or handed out to people who stop by the booth in a similar way to Business Cards.
