“Whose Live Anyway,” a group comprising members of the current cast of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”, will be at the Duke Energy Center for one evening that promises to be hilarious. The cast members are Joel Murray, Jeff B. Davis, Greg Proops, and Ryan Stiles.
Improvised (improv) comedy is completely unscripted, and the material the comedians devise, which may be sketches or even songs, is all made up on the spot, using suggestions from audience members. People planning to attend the show should be prepared to offer their ideas, and even to be ready to get on the stage with the cast.
The improv show uses some of the games used on the television show, as well as entirely new concepts, with Bob Derkach handling the duties as music director.
“Whose Line Is It Anyway?” first appeared on British radio, then in 1988, moved to British television, where it ran until 1999. ABC picked up the show and created an US version, which ran up until 2007, then was revived again in 2013.
A review of “Whose Live Anyway” raved:
“Better than the TV show!!!!! We belly laughed for a solid 90 minutes. Can't believe how good these guys were.”
The show is scheduled for August 22 at 8.00 pm. Brochure printing can provide informative programs for events like this.
