Raleigh theater to show Snow White re-telling

The Raleigh Little Theater is set to perform a re-telling of Snow White.

The Little Theater was formed in 1936 by local performers looking to establish a community theater. The founders wanted to provide a non-commercial space where low-income families could find entertainment.

At the upcoming show, entrants will experience the basic story elements of Snow White, but it will be re-told in an imaginative fashion. The play will feature only two actors playing all the roles in the story, including the princess, the seven dwarfs, and the evil queen.

The performance will take place outside, and seating will be limited to 100 entrants due to COVID-19. The performance will be family friendly, and the theatre encourages all Raleigh residents to attend. It also encourages guests to bring their own lawn chairs and folding chairs for seating. Guests can also bring food and non-alcoholic drinks, but no glass bottles are allowed.

The Little Theater will continue to host shows throughout the year. Performances like these are usually supported with flyer printing.

The show will run on March 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st. Each day will have two performances, one at 1:30pm and one at 3:30pm. Tickets are $17 for adults and $12 for children under the age of 12. The performances will take place at the Stephenson Amphitheatre.
