Raleigh food lovers are about to experience an event that will put their appetite to the test, and admission to the celebration will be free of charge.
More than 50 food and dessert trucks will be rolling in for what will be an afternoon of eating, dancing, and having fun, and since they will be from all over the world, it will have an international flavor. The gathering will be held in the city’s downtown. In previous years, it has attracted tens of thousands of visitors.
People will be able to order any menu items that catch their eye, and beer and wine will be flowing. The entertainment will be non-stop, and everyone can show off their best dance moves. A bazaar-style market will be popping up.
A number of local small business have already applied to take part. However, several food truck and tent spaces are still available, along with merchandise booths, and bookings will be accepted until Wednesday, May 15. Saturday, June 1 will see Raleigh foodies treated to this international culinary festival. The fun will kick off at 11:00 am at 400 Fayetteville Street, continuing until 8:00 pm. RSVPs can be submitted through its event listing.
