Local first responders will soon be offered a big thank you for all they do to keep their neighbours safe.
North Ridge Country Club will be the location for the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce First Responder Breakfast. Various area agencies have been invited to have their personnel take part, and several businesses have stepped forward to sponsor the celebration.
Starting early in the morning, a portion of the monies raised through ticket sales and sponsorships will be donated to The 200 Club of Wake County, which is a community service group that provides support for the families of fallen first responders. The keynote speaker for the occasion will be Dr. Mariecely Luciano-Feijoo, and a vehicle display has been included in the function's agenda.
To help make it easier for the Raleigh business community to show some love to the function's guests of honor, a sponsorship program is in place for the event. These start at the Vehicle Display and Coffee to Go level, and go up to the Title Sponsor level. Many organizers order specially prepared certificates of thanks to present to an activity's supporters, and these can be prepared by Stationery printers that perform graphic design work.
This salute to the people who keep Ralegh safe 365 days a year is scheduled for Tuesday, September 9. The doors will open for registration at 7:00 am.
