History lovers and individuals with Scottish ancestry will want to leave an open spot in the calendar next month, as Scottish Highland games and festivities are coming to Huntersville.
The Loch Norman Highland Games is scheduled to take place in April, bringing Scottish traditions, customs, and games to the Huntersville region. The events will take place on Rural Hill, overlooking Lake Norman. The event will celebrate its 30th anniversary this year, and participants will be able to participate in the historic celebration.
Guests can witness or compete in dancing and athletic competitions at the festival. Scottish food trucks will attend to provide nourishment and refreshments to attendees. Celtic vendors will sell their wares, and guests will witness historical reenactments to learn more about Scottish culture. Poster printing is an excellent way to encourage the local community to support this event.
