An early May event is bringing the community outdoors for an afternoon of excitement.
Hello Huntersville is an event that takes place every year. The experience gives locals a chance to socialize while also sampling a variety of activities and items offered by those in and around the community.
The live performers will be giving guests a show as they take time to lounge on blankets or in chairs near the Icehouse stage.
A market will offer a mix of food and other products from local businesses. These other items will include handmade goods and artwork.
Also present will be booths where attendees can get hands on and make their own crafts and art pieces.
Roaming around the event will be some well-loved characters. Guests can meet and interact with the characters, as well as getting their pictures taken together as a keepsake.
There are several parking locations available for attendees. These spots are listed on the website for the Huntersville Parks & Recreation department. The venue for the event is going to be Veterans Park. Many vendors will hire a company with a specialty of business card printing so they can easily provide information to guests. The event is free to attend, with parking and activities also coming in at no cost. The experience will run between 1:00pm and 6:00pm on May 3rd.
