Athletes near Huntersville will have a unique opportunity to improve their basketball skills, with a biomechanics session helping participants improve their form and consistency.
The North Carolina Four-Day Immersive Biomechanic Lab Clinic has an official start date, bringing a new understanding of both the mental and physical aspects of shooting a basketball and increasing success. The camp will cover several components over the course of four days, with the first day focusing on motion capture screenings. The first component will act as the “before” session to provide a baseline for performance to compare to.
The second and third days of the camp will help enrollees build their foundation for shooting a basketball with the optimal form for their bodies. Interested parties are encouraged to take 50 to 100 shots daily for four weeks leading up to the camp to create muscle memory. Promotional Products are an excellent way to forge connections with camp attendees that can lead to future purchases.
The fourth and final day will include capturing the participant’s new shooting form and seeing the data outputs of the body’s mechanics. Students will have the information to make future shooting repetitions more effective.
The session will be held at the Joe Gibbs Human Performance Institute in Huntersville, starting on July 29th, at 9:00 AM. Spots are available online, and reservations cost $747.93 per participant.
