Business communication training comes to Billings
Business leaders in Billings wishing to improve their communication skills can do so when a business training firm comes to town next week.
LearneRRing, a business skills consulting and training group, will present Mastering Effective Communication Skills in early October. The eight-hour training will include both theoretical foundations and practical, interactive practice for the trainees. Attendees will receive a course completion certificate and will also leave with documentation for eight Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Business cards are often exchanged among entrepreneurs and executives at business training events.
The overall aim of the workshop is to improve communication clarity and confidence, and to teach skills to help leaders navigate difficult conversations. This may be of particular interest to HR (human resource) professionals, employees that work directly with end users, team leaders, and those preparing for new leadership roles.
