Columbia to welcome return of popular holiday tradition

A Columbia activity proved so popular last year that it's been being brought back for the 2024 holiday season, and there will be a new addition to the lineup.

The city offers horse drawn carriage rides during the holidays, and it has added a new team of horses. Bill and Mark along with Buster and Dan will provide the transport, and no fee is being charged.

The ride will begin in the North Village Arts District and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. In November, they will take place on Saturdays, while December will include Sundays as well. The passengers will climb aboard the carriage in the courtyard of Wishflour Bakery and Fretboard Coffee. All ages are welcome, and the riders may take plenty of photos if they wish.

Communities often schedule a list of special activities during the holidays. A brochure printing company can craft guides that provide information about events planned for an area, and this can be helpful to those sorting out their plans for the season.

This activity, which will add an extra special touch to the holiday season, will run on dates from November until December 22. The departure point will be 1006 Artist Alley, and the costs of the rides are being covered of The District, to represents their investment in the community.
