In May, Lansing will play host to a wine event called Rosé All Day, which will be Michigan’s first rosé wine festival.
The hosting organization is Lansing 5:01, an initiative created by a group of young professionals to showcase the best of Lansing by bringing together college talent, rising young professionals, and influential community leaders. The initiative hosts events such as Rosé All Day to highlight Lansing’s attractive opportunities and activities.
While an all-day event, the festival will be divided into four different two-hour timeslots to allow for increased social distancing. When purchasing tickets, guests will be able to choose their preferred slot.
The festival will take place in a scenic garden venue where attendees can taste from over a dozen different rosé wines. There will also be local artisans, live music, and a local flower truck. Lansing Brewing Company will be selling a specialty rosé cocktail, craft beer, and rosé drinks. Banner printing may prove useful for organizers wanting to decorate for an outdoor event like this.
Ticket purchase includes a commemorative wine glass and five tasting tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased at the event.
Rosé All Day is slated for May 1 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Cooley Gardens & Scott Sunken Gardens. Tickets can be purchased for $30 on Eventbrite.
