Grand Blanc to host spring conference

The Michigan Prince Hall Shriners will host the annual Michigan Spring Desert Conference in Grand Blanc this March.

The event will bring together nobles and daughters for official meetings and elections. It will include a joint session, separate meetings for Desert Courts and Temples, and discussions on organizational matters.

Attendees should wear regalia, with nobles in either the desert blazer or a dark suit and daughters in official meeting attire. The gathering will commence with breakfast at 8:30 am, followed by a working session at 9 am. Separate Temple and Court meetings will begin at 10 am

Registration is $40 per person, with a deadline of March 14th. On-site registration will not be available. Payments can be made online or by money order or check payable to the Desert of Michigan. The Temple or Court number and name should be included in the memo. Checks should be sent to Financial Secretary HPIC Evelyn Mann at 20569 Williamsburg, Harper Woods, Michigan.

Hotel accommodations are available at Comfort Inn and Suites Grand Blanc. Reservations made before February 28th qualify for a discounted rate of $129 for a single room and $134 for a double.
