Rock fans may Journey to Bethesda
Fans of the classic rock band Journey have a chance to hear their favorite songs once more, thanks to an upcoming concert.
Frontiers, a Journey tribute band, will be in Bethesda to help chase away the winter cold. Frontiers is comprised of five musicians from the New York City area: Elaine Tuttle, who handles lead vocals; Marc Windler, on bass guitar and vocals; Scott Morley, keyboardist and vocalist; Damon Marks, vocalist and guitarist; and Gerry Fortus on the drum set.
An article about Frontiers noted that they have sold out theaters and clubs around the nation since they began touring, and are one of the tribute bands most in demand. They play the beloved Journey hits such as “Anyway You Want It,” “Who's Crying Now?,” and “Don't Stop Believing,” among many others.
The concert is being presented at AMP and “powered” by Strathmore. AMP is a live music venue in North Bethesda, which offers different acts every night, from a variety of musical genres. AMP also changes its drink and food menus with the seasons.
Strathmore is an arts center that presents events and performances at affordable prices in several venues including the Music Center at Strathmore, the Mansion at Strathmore, and AMP, which seats 250.
Frontiers appears on February 20, from 8:00 pm until 10:30 pm. Poster printing is often used to create attractive advertisements for events like this.
