Lighthouse in Foxborough completed

Gillette Stadium in Foxborough’s new lighthouse, replacing the original lighthouse that opened in 2002 and closed in March 2022, will open for visitors in a few weeks.

The new building is 22 stories high and has a 360-degree observation deck. Known as the Lookout, it has a stationary camera so that guests can get photographs of views of the stadium and the field. There is also a remotely operated camera so that guests can pictures of themselves. On days when there are football and soccer games, the presentation of the game will incorporate the lighthouse as a focal point for moments to celebrate and new aspects of the experience of the game.

The lighthouse will be open throughout the year except during days when there are football and soccer games, concerts, or other events at the stadium. The hours of operation will vary by the time of year. Flyer printing can be used to provide more details about such new attractions and hours of operation.

Except for children under the age of 10 and season ticket holders of Patriots and Revolution games, first responders, military veterans, and active military members, the price of admission will be $5. Proceeds of the admission price will go to a fund set aside for charities in New England.

The lighthouse will open to the public on Sunday, October 1.
