Foxborough senior center hosting range of events

Several events will be hosted by the Senior Center of Foxborough this month and next.

The Monthly Senior Supper program focuses on a unique high-quality meal catered by a local establishment. This month, pasta alfredo will be served, along with rolls and Caesar salad. The supper this month will be held on Wednesday October 18. Doors open at 4:00pm, with dinner served at 4:30pm. The cost is $8.00 per person.

Steve Avellino will be holding a program on “Fascia Training for Seniors”, which is a program lasting six weeks designed for attendees to learn about fascia, which is the connective tissue in one’s body, and how to improve its health. Healthy fascia glides and slides over the bones, muscles, and internal organs, helping to provide internal structure within the body. The cost for this program is $142 and will be held on Thursday mornings, beginning at 9:00am from October 19 through November 30, with a break for Thanksgiving.

Furthermore, Jeanne Bonneau will be holding free line dancing classes, leading everyone through uncomplicated steps. People of all skill levels are welcome to attend. These classes will take place on Monday, October 16, 23, and 30, beginning at 2:30pm.
