The Senior Center in Foxborough will be hosting two trips later this year.
Flyer printing can be used to promote special trips throughout a town and neighboring communities.
The first will be a tour of the Wang Theater in Boston. Attendees will take a motor coach into Boston for a tour of the Boch Center Wang Theater to learn more about the historic venue. The tour will include the front of the theater and the spaces backstage in addition to learning about the theatre’s art and architecture.
After the tour, there will be lunch at the Venezia Restaurant, followed by touring around Boston in the motor coach to explore the charms of the city with a knowledgeable guide. The cost for this tour is $135 per person for residents and $140 per person for non-residents and will be on Tuesday May 27 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
The other will be a day trip to Block Island. Attendees will take the ferry from Point Judith to the island for a tour which will include a stop at the historic Southeast Light. Following the tour will be lunch at the National Hotel with the afternoon for shopping in the downtown area of the Old Harbor after which everyone will head back to the mainland.
The cost for this tour is $165 per person for residents and $175 per person for non-residents and will be on Thursday June 26.
