Combined business expo and restaurant sampling event come to Easton

A Taste of Easton, a celebration of the many restaurants in the Easton and Foxboro areas, will be held by the Easton Chamber of Commerce this week.

Some of the most popular restaurants in the town will be serving up dishes and their specialties, ranging from trendy cuisines to favorites that have lasted through the years. A sampling of the participating restaurants and eateries include Easton Country Club, Edible Arrangements of Foxboro, Mangia Neapolitan Pizzeria, and Maguire’s Bar and Grill.

The Oliver Ames High School Jazz Ensemble will once again be providing entertainment for the event. The Easton Food Pantry will receive a portion of the moneys raised from tickets, which are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.

In conjunction with this extravaganza, the Chamber is also holding the Easton Business Expo. Local businesses will be showcasing their latest products and providing free advice on issues ranging from banking, to insurance, to home maintenance. Attendees will find a good representation of local businesses and the products and services they offer.

The Taste of Easton and accompanying Business Expo will take place at Stonehill College tomorrow evening, May 19, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The Chamber may be using one of its Print company members to print colorful Flyers and other materials promoting both events.
