New amenity space opens in Devens
King Street Properties’ latest amenity space at Pathway Devens is now open. Pathway Devens is an advanced manufacturing campus that spans 700,000 square feet.
The new amenity, called “The Canteen,” is on Jackson Road and can be used by those working at Pathway Devens, as well as the rest of the community. It has a Sterling Street Brewery taproom, a café, and public gathering spaces inside and out. The space, which is 7.175 square feet in size, also has a gaming room, conference rooms, locker rooms and showers, a wellness room, and a winter garden where Pathway Devens employees can socialize, play games, and relax.
Flyer printing is often used when such unique spaces open to inform the community of their existence and offerings.
The secretary of Economic Development, Yvonne Hao, expressed her excitement about seeing the growth of Devens with both Pathway Devens and the new amenity space. She said that The Canteen will provide a fun place for the those working in the area to socialize and meet with colleagues.
Managing director and partner at King Street, Tyson Reynoso, said that with the completion of The Canteen, his company has finished half of its campus. He added that Pathway Devens is a place where companies are working on important issues and validates that there is a need for advanced manufacturing in the state.
