Devens company to expand drug-making capabilities

Veranova is planning to invest $30 million to expand its development and manufacturing facilities in Devens.

A new development laboratory for high-potent compounds and two new specialized suites designed to handle these materials with extremely low occupational exposure limits will be part of the expansion. There will be airlocks for clean-in-place operations, isolator technology, dedicated air handling systems, and a range of comprehensive processing capabilities in this expanded facility that will be able to manage ADC-linker payloads, high potency chemicals, and other complex molecules.
