A new building by King Street Properties in Devens, part of the Pathway Devens campus, in collaboration with BW Kennedy & Co. has celebrated a topping off.
On Jackson Road, the building spans 210,659 square feet and is the fifth building that King Street has developed. The building is designed for advanced manufacturing and has clear heights on the first floor of 18 feet and close to 17 feet on the second floor. There is a maximum clear height of 38 feet in the high bay area. BW Kennedy was the general contractor and serves the district in industries such as advanced manufacturing, green technology, and life science.
Such sites often turn to banner printing to inform residents of such new facilities and their benefits for an area.
Managing director and partner at King Street, Tyson Reynoso, expressed his pride in celebrating this significant milestone with the completion of his company’s fifth building thanks to the efforts and expertise of his teams and their partnership with BW Kennedy.
King Street was founded over 20 years ago to provide solutions of space for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies which are looking to develop and manufacture diagnostic tools, medical devices, and lifesaving drugs as well as for clean technology companies harnessing renewable energy resources and materials.
The building is expected to be completed in July of next year.
