“Life Time Living” will be opening this month in Burlington.
This is a development five stories high with 167 residential units that will be part of the Life Time Burlington athletic country club.
The residential units include 73 with two bedrooms, 11 with one bedroom and a den, 69 with one bedroom, and 14 studios. Features of the units are gourmet kitchens, floor to ceiling windows, large capacity washer and dryer, luxury plank wood flooring, and stainless-steel appliances and gas range. Each has a private patio or balcony. Pets are welcome. Rents for two-bedroom units start at $3,900 a month; for one-bedroom units at $3,325 a month, and studios at $2,950 a month.
Additional amenities include outdoor games, grilling stations, two outdoor courtyards with fire pits, seating areas, areas to enable working from home, a salon and spa, and meal preparation by The Life Time Club Café. There is also on-site parking, both garage and outdoor parking, for an additional fee. Under development are a play area for dogs, green space, and a park spanning a half-acre with a walking path.

The development is close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and a Wegman’s for grocery shopping. The residential complex is expected to open this month.
