Rocco’s Tacos offers a authentic Mexican cuisine in a casual and fun environment. Rocco’s Tacos prides itself on guests becoming part of the atmosphere and joining others who enjoy genuine Mexican flavors as soon as they enter the establishment.
Rocco’s offers a diverse menu that includes appetizers, bowls and burritos, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and more. Their corn tortillas are hand pressed and cooked fresh daily. Additional features of the location in Burlington will be guacamole made and served at tableside, signature margaritas, Menus based on seasonal items, and a vibrant energy throughout the space.
Rocco Mangel, founder of Rocco’s Tacos, has family in Watertown and has spent many summers in the Boston area. He said that those summer experiences have also played a major role in his life. He added that the community has grit, pride, and authenticity which aligns with the plans for the restaurant so that opening in Massachusetts:
“feels like a full-circle moment.”
