Pramand, an innovator in medical technology, has signed a lease at Blue Sky Center, a major research and development and office campus in Burlington.
The space spans just over 41,000 square feet and is an important expansion and relocation of the company’s corporate headquarters from Bedford. Such moves often require Stationery printers as Business Cards, Letterheads, and other corporate materials that need to be printed.
The lease was secured by Newmark and was brokered by the team of Connall Chamberlain, Eric Jeremiah, Michael Frisoli, Tyler McGrail, and Matthew Malatesta, on behalf of the owners of the space, which is a joint venture between a global real estate private equity firm and Nordblom Company. It also reflects continued momentum in the medical, technical, and life sciences real sectors of the region which are looking for spaces that have many amenities and are next generation.
Malatesta said that this lease shows the storing demand from innovative companies looking for the highest quality work environments. He added that the relocation of Pramand underscores the vision of the company to create an environment that fosters long-term success and collaboration.
